The Case in the Game of Baccarat
The game of baccarat is played with three baccarat croupiers and up to twelve to fourteen players. Baccarat is usually enjoyed with an eight standard card deck. The ace cards are valued as 1, the face cards or the court cards and the 10 cards are valued as 0 while the remaining cards in the card deck retains their own equivalent.
The card suit possess no meaning in the game of baccarat. The main objective of baccarat is to achieve a total of nine or a total that is near nine as possible. The game begins by all participants, including the baccarat croupier, putting down their wagers on three hands: the banker, tie and the player. Normally, the baccarat croupier wagers on the banker. The croupier can be the casino dealer or one of the participants in the game.
After all of the participants in the game have put down their wagers, the croupier will give a pair of cards to the participants and the banker. The equivalent of each card hand is total as the sum of the pair of card less than the left number, like, if the total of the pair of card is fifteen, the total score would be five. The decision on whether to give out a 3rd card is decided by a set of rules and it will not be up to the player or the dealer's discretion.
If the total of the players' card hand is nine or eight, the player will win. If the total of the dealers' card hand is nine or eight, it will be a tie. If the total of the players' card hand is seven or six, the player can get another card. If the total of the players' card hand is five or less, the player will receive another card. If the player gets a 3rd card and the total of the dealers card hand is two, one or zero, the player must get another card.
If the total of the dealers card hand is three and the players 3rd card is any value but eight, the player must get another card. If the total of the dealer's card hand is four and the value of the third card of the player is between two and seven, the player must get another card.
If the total of the card hand of the dealer is five and the third card value of the player is between four and seven, the player must get another card. If the total of dealers card hand is six and the third card of the player is six or seven, then the dealer must get another card. If the total of the dealers card hand is seven, the dealer cannot get another card.
